Senior Estimator - Pre-Construction Team

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our successful Pre-Construction team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the construction industry, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong time management skills, a solid understanding of construction processes and good commercial awareness are essential.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Experience in computerised estimating systems (preferably Conquest) Ability to take off quantities and build up rates from first principles Good knowledge of construction processes and the industry in general Strong commercial acumen and business awareness Experience across a wide range of projects, including Design & Build, Two-Stage and Traditional tenders Framework experience is beneficial but not essential Keen to progress your career within a dynamic team environment
