The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven

Senior Estimator

with strong expertise in commercial office interiors and proficiency in AutoCAD. This is a newly created role designed for someone ready to take ownership, develop a first class estimating team, shape service delivery, and contribute to the growth of a thriving, close-knit business.

Role Overview

As Senior Estimator, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects--from initial pricing to design development and final tender submission. Working closely with the Projects Director, you will lead the estimating and pre-construction activities across a broad scope of specialist glazing and fit-out systems and develop the estimating team going forward.

CAT A & CAT B Commercial Office Fit-Outs Demountable Glazing & Fire-Rated Glass Systems Architectural Glazing, Operable Walls & Automatic Doorsets Doors, Ironmongery & Glass Manifestations

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive tenders and quotations Produce comprehensive AutoCAD drawings and layout plans Interpret specifications and technical drawings with confidence Collaborate with the Projects Director on procurement, design coordination, and project strategy Maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and delivery teams

What We're Looking For

First class lead management and team development skills Proven experience in estimating within the commercial glazing interiors sector Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and technical detailing Commercial acumen and the ability to price complex, bespoke systems Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset Passion for innovation, quality, and collaborative working
