The Role




As a Senior Estimator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the business to secure new work.Main duties will include:


Preparing detailed, analytical estimates from first principles. Reviewing tender documents, assessing scope, and take off accurate quantities. Compiling comprehensive enquiries for subcontractors and suppliers. Ensuring bids are submitted professionally and in line with ITT instructions. Collaborating with the Estimating team to deliver winning proposals.

What we are looking



For Essential:



Minimum HND/HNC in Civil Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating within civil engineering (infrastructure, wastewater, highways, FRC). At least 5 years' on-site experience in Civil Engineering. Proficiency in estimating software (Valesco, Causeway, Conquest, Candy). Strong financial and commercial management skills. Solid knowledge of CESMM, HWMM, SMM7 and NEC contracts.
