About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated registered Nurse to join our excellent team of nursing. We are looking for a high calibre, fully trained individual with great attention to detail and excellent team player skills to join the team and support the clinical service it provides.

Job specification:

The job will involve daily routine nursing /scanning, clinical and non-clinical duties and assistance in quality management of the nursing audit. You will undertake all routine nursing procedures including nurse consultation, seeing patients post scan list, reply to emails & call, reviewing consents and blood tests. Also, you will perform a range of administrative, and support activities that are critical to provide the best service to our patients. You will also be required to work some weekends and bank holidays on a rota. It is possible that you have to sometimes travel to other clinics.

Person specification:

The ideal candidate will be compassionate, hardworking, have willingness to learn and have a key focus on patient care. We're looking for candidates with a fertility nursing or midwifery background, who are passionate about providing a high level of care to their patients. Working as a close-knit team, we value candidates who demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, empathy for others, as well as attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Degree in Nursing or Midwifery. At least 2 years of fertility experience. Scanning/ follicular tracking is essential. Nurse prescriber is desirable but not essential. Experience Gynae and/or theatre/ recovery. Knowledge of HFEA and UK legislation would be preferable but not mandatory.

This is a full-time position (40 hrs per week) based in Tunbridge Wells, although travel between our other clinics may be required from time to time.
