The Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Construction Demolition Materials (CDM) team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Holcim UK's fast-growing areas. You'll act as a key finance partner, helping to shape planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and governance - all while supporting our broader sustainability ambitions.
In this role, you'll focus on measuring and managing performance across key areas like EBIT, working capital, sustainability, and other important metrics. You'll also lead the annual planning cycle, including forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans, while improving collaboration between business divisions for better planning efforts.
