We're now looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to own the day to day financial management of your business areas and help drive commercial success. About the Role
In this high-impact role, you'll lead the following key areas:

  • Management Accounts: Own the monthly close process across Labs, Jobs and Contra business- from journal posting to balance sheet reconciliations. You'll deliver timely, accurate management accounts and provide actionable insights to senior leaders and ensure precise calculation of sales bonuses.
  • FP&A: Take charge of forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis. You'll collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring financial plans are aligned with business goals and performance is monitored effectively.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted finance partner to directors and budget owners. You'll interpret financial results, challenge assumptions, and guide decision-making - always with a constructive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Improve financial processes: Identify enhancements to reporting, methodologies and systems that will improve the information provided to the business.
About You
This is a role for someone with strong critical thinking skills, hand- on forecasting experience, and the ability to work independently. Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
  • A proven track record in management accounting, financial planning and stakeholder-facing roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills, strong commercial acumen, and confidence working with senior teams.
  • A proactive, process-improvement mindset.
  • The ability to challenge constructively, communicate clearly, and operate with accuracy and insight.
  • Experience with Oracle/EPM is desirable but not essential.
