Job Summary



This role is responsible for analysis and evaluation of Freight costs in Logistics finance. Supporting our business through insight and partnerships with the operational team in Logistics This position demands the ability to understand TJX's end-to-end off price business model while being able to link the impact of operational performance to financial results.

Key Responsibilities



Work closely with the Logistics Finance manager to:



Support P&L review to streamline processes around month end and forest reviews Support review of Global Outbound logistics costs to provide visibility and ensure correct costs allocations Through building relationships within logistics operations community and with finance business partners, capture details that feed into the budgeting and forecast Ensure all Forecasting deliverables are prepared consistently, accurately and within the agreed time scales. Ensure the integrity and maintenance of system's data Monitor and provide timely responses to ad hoc queries and projects Lead the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Work closely with Logistics and Distribution Finance teams to maintain financial alignment and shared priorities. Enhance visibility of product availability and supply chain flow to support Buying, Merchandising, and Logistics functions. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and freight auditors to implement robust invoice validation and cost control processes. Evaluate the financial implications of operational decisions, such as infrastructure changes or facility repurposing, to support informed business choices.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience



Qualified Accountant (Must have) Good user of Microsoft Excel with familiarity of planning systems such as TM1 and Oracle Commercially aware with strong operational and business focus with the ability to communicate effectively on all levels to financial and non-financial audiences Analytical thinker with a proactive, adaptable mindset and a flexible approach to problem-solving A proven track record of delivering results to deadlines Strong analytical skills Able to build effective business partnerships Experience in retail environment would be an advantage
