The Senior Finance Business Partner will play a pivotal role in providing financial insights and strategic support to drive business performance for both UK sites.

• Provide leadership, support and mentoring to a small Finance team
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed management reports to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support the implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to drive financial accountability across the business.
• Lead financial projects and initiatives to enhance business performance.

The Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

• A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA. or QBE
• Extensive experience in accounting and finance within Manufacturing / FMCG
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting tools.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
