Key Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate as part of a team, covering a specific geographical area.
Commission both fire and security systems in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fire and security systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum client satisfaction.
Respond promptly and effectively to customer escalations, providing clear communication and appropriate solutions.
Ensure all necessary paperwork and system documentation is accurately completed after job completion.
Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanour at all times.
Assist with technical questions and concerns, both internally within the team and externally with clients.
Uphold high standards in team working practices, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Support and adhere to company policies and best practices, especially regarding the protection of sensitive customer information and data.
Be responsive and adaptable to any reasonable requests from management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to the company's goals.
Support from time to time the companies installation and maintenance programme of works.

This role would be suited to a qualified and experienced engineer who is enthusiastic and eager to embrace a new challenge and work towards a later senior position. A solid grasp of fundamentals in areas like intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems is essential. In addition to your technical abilities, we highly value:

Additional Requirements / Skills:
Previous experience within an installation or maintenance position is essential.
Package offered:
we offer a Competitive Basic salary (depending on experience) which is negotiable with overtime.
28 days holiday including BH increasing 1 per year of service up to 33 days (Negotiable)
