Job Purpose The timely and accurate delivery of all VSO Financial Operations reporting requirements.
Standardisation, Simplification and Industrialisation of FinOps activities in UK FP&A Function, working with wider FP&A network
Participation in ERP
Weekly reporting for Finance Operations to Operational and Subsea Obeyas
Monthly and Quarterly reporting for Finance Operations
Quarterly Actuals Consolidation , analysis & reporting (multiple legal entities & currency)
Co-ordination and planning of annual budget
Consolidation and reporting of Annual budget (multiple legal entities & currency)
Opex reporting (Local and Global reporting)
Prepare Financial data for Finance Directors & Financial Controller as required
Planning & Co-ordination of team reporting requirement with multiple regions
Cashflow & Hedging for VSO
Co-ordination and management of Audit queries
Take an active role in implementing change, improvement initiatives
Take an active role in standardisation of the work within the FP&A function
Drive simplification of the work, and work with Global FP&A network to drive simplification across all FP&A teams globally.
Create work standards for the FP&A function
Support the ERP implementation
You are meant for this job if: Degree in Finance or Equivalent
Finance & Controlling experience
IT Literate
Proven record of driving change
Extremely organised and pro-active
Prior experience in a similar role within the O&G industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong financial accounting background
Strong problem solving & analytical skills
