About the role




At Chemist4U were seeking a highly strategic Senior FP&A Analyst to turn data into insight and drive key business decisions. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on the companys growth strategy, requiring advanced financial modelling, data analytics, and expertise in BI tools. Youll work closely with senior leadership to influence strategy, optimise performance, and lead initiatives that shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities




As the Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for the following duties:


Lead the development and management of advanced financial models, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decision-making Analyse company-wide performance across functions, products, and markets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership Drive business performance reporting, KPI monitoring, and variance analysis with clear and concise commentary Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to provide real-time visibility and support data-driven decisions Partner with commercial, operations, and marketing teams to challenge assumptions, evaluate drivers, and influence business outcomes Lead strategic projects, investment appraisals, and business cases, providing financial insight and analytical rigor Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance efficiency and data integrity across the finance function Mentor and support junior analysts, promoting best practices in financial analysis and data analytics.

About You




Youre an experienced FP&A or finance professional with advanced financial modelling, strong BI and data analytics skills, and exceptional analytical ability. You can translate complex data into clear, strategic insight and confidently influence senior stakeholders through compelling data storytelling. As the Senior FP& Analyst you will be proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable. You will take ownership of key initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Qualifications & Experience




The successful Senior FP&A Analyst will be expected to demonstrate the following qualifications and experience:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling you to present complex information with clarity and impact Advanced financial modelling and Excel expertise, with strong proficiency in BI tools and data analytics Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, strategic recommendations Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business decisions through insight and data storytelling Extensive experience (typically 46+ years) in FP&A, finance, or analytics in a commercial, high-growth environment.
