What are we looking for?



We're looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our dynamic FP&A team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of

strategic financial planning

and

day-to-day treasury operations

.

You'll play a key role in

driving performance, providing insightful information to investors, and supporting growth

across the Group. The FP&A team is continuously seeking smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to work, leveraging process improvements and innovative technologies to drive impact. This is a

hands-on role

initially, but with a

clear progression path

as the business continues to scale and reach its ambitious targets.

So, what will your day-to-day look like?



You will work as part of the

Finance team,

reporting into the Head of FP&A and supporting across several areas including but not limited to:

Financial Planning & Analysis



Prepare

monthly reporting packs, board presentations,

and

KPI dashboards

. Support

budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

across multiple entities across the Group. Collaborate with business units to

understand performance drivers

and identify opportunities and cost efficiencies.

Deliver insightful financial analysis

to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and operational performance. Develop and maintain

financial models

for scenario planning and appraisal. Continuous

improvement of processes and tools

to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with others in the Finance team and wider organisation.

Treasury



Prepare

monthly performance and covenant reporting

to banks and investors. Monitor daily

cash position

and manage

short-term liquidity

. Support

cash flow forecasting

and working capital optimisation. Assist with

bank account management, payments, and reconciliations

. Liaise with

external

banking partners and internal stakeholders.

Essential experience



Financial Qualification

(ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent). Strong

analytical skills

with a commercial mindset.

Advanced Excel

skills, especially

Financial Modelling

build and review. Experience working with returns and

IRR concepts

. Excellent

communication skills

and the ability to

influence

stakeholders. A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Desirable experience



Experience in

financial services

or debt management industry. Experience of an

FP&A system

. Experience with

Power BI

and/or

SQL

. Experience with

PowerPoint

. Exposure to

DataBricks

/

Azure

. Experience in a fast growing, PE-owned environment.

The Application Timeline
