Develop fast, scalable, and intuitive web and native applications using modern frameworks like React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to turn great ideas into pixel-perfect, high-performing interfaces.
Champion quality -- write clean, testable code, maintain documentation, and ensure strong test coverage through TDD and CI/CD practices.
Support and mentor junior developers, helping them grow and maintain high standards across the team.
Contribute to agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), participating in estimation, planning, and continuous improvement discussions.
Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools -- bringing forward ideas to improve development efficiency and performance.
Maintain and evolve our front-end architecture to ensure scalability, accessibility, and optimal user experience.

Here are the core capabilities we're looking for:
BS or MS in Computer Science (or equivalent experience). Agile certifications are desirable.
4+ years' experience in front-end software engineering.
Deep expertise in JavaScript/React/Redux and cross-platform frameworks.
Experience with Swift and/or Kotlin. Hands-on experience with DevOps, automation, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
HTML5, CSS3/SASS, TypeScript, React, Redux, Vue.js
REST APIs (JSON) and WebSockets
Client-side and server-side rendering and strong working knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks
Experience with BDD, TDD, and pull request processes
Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
