In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere & service with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting & welcoming our guests. Assisting check in & handling guest reservations & requests. Taking orders, serving food and beverages, & maintaining a clean and organised bar & dining area. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent guest services throughout their experience Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are upheld Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Handle cash transactions accurately

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable Experience in serving or culinary roles is an advantage Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Basic kitchen experience is beneficial for assisting with food preparation tasks

Pay: From 12.50 per hour
