Salary:

65,000-75,000 depending on experience



What You'll Do

Design and develop modern, responsive web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Architect scalable, reusable front-end components with clean, maintainable code. Optimise apps for maximum performance, scalability, and security. Deploy and manage applications using Nginx, Docker, and Azure. Collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product owners in a supportive, agile environment. Mentor junior developers, champion best practices, and help shape our engineering culture. Contribute ideas, share feedback, and grow together with a team that values openness and collaboration. Bonus: React Native Experience with React Native is a huge plus! If you have it, you'll help us expand our digital products to mobile, bringing an even better experience to our customers.

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript Infrastructure: Nginx, Docker, Azure Tools: Modern CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile methodologies

What We're Looking For

Proven senior-level experience developing production-ready front-end applications. Expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Good grasp of modern front-end architecture, performance, and security best practices. Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker) and cloud deployment (Azure). A natural collaborator with strong communication skills -- you thrive in a team setting. A culture fit who loves mentoring others, sharing ideas, and helping the whole team level up. Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for crafting beautiful user experiences. Experience with React Native is desirable but not mandatory.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with React Native for mobile development Understanding of modern state management patterns (Redux, Zustand) Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web vitals Experience with accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines
