We've built something powerful. Now we're scaling fast and looking for a senior developer who's ready to make their mark. This is your chance to take the lead on developing our AI assistant, working alongside our AI engineer to define how AI supports dealers in practical, meaningful ways.

This is a high-impact role with real ownership, not just a seat on the sidelines.

The Role

You'll join as a core member of our software team, reporting to our Head of Software and working closely with both product and engineering leads. Your focus will be delivering intelligent, user-friendly features across the platform, with a particular emphasis on bringing our AI assistant to life.

You'll collaborate with our AI engineer to shape how AI integrates into the product in valuable, everyday ways that help dealers work smarter. This is a hands-on role that covers product design, system architecture, and real-world AI implementation.

It's a role for a smart, pragmatic developer who thrives on building meaningful tools, wants to influence technical direction, and is excited to push the limits of what AI can do inside a real product, all within a fast-moving and highly collaborative team.

What You Will Be Doing

Leading development of intelligent features powered by our AI assistant Designing and delivering new functionality across our Laravel and Vue.js stack Working alongside our AI engineer to integrate tools like OpenAI and LangChain Making architectural decisions that support scale, speed, and future AI enhancements Owning features end to end, from idea to deployment Collaborating across product, onboarding, and customer support to shape user experience

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a developer, ideally with SaaS products Strong experience with Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, and clean API design Confidence in leading codebases, improving systems, and shipping quality software Curiosity and willingness to explore AI tools and apply them to real-world problems Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Bonus points for experience with mobile, Tailwind, or AI/automation tooling

Working Hours and Flexibility

This is a full-time role based on an 8-hour day. Our team operates between 9am and 9pm, and you can choose your working hours within that window.

The role is office-based in Bangor for the first 3 months. This is essential for understanding the product, the team, and how we operate. After probation, the role becomes hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
