Job Description

Position Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus. In this role, you'll

contribute to both front-end and back-end development. You oversee the technical aspects of

projects, mentor developers, and ensure that the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, working across the entire tech
stack (front-end and back-end).

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project
requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Oversee the development process, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices in
code quality, performance, and security.

Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team follows industry standards and company
guidelines.

Identify and implement improvements in architecture, process, and technology to optimize
development efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while balancing hands-on coding and
leadership responsibilities.

Tools / Language / Frameworks:

Ideal candidate master's most of the below with a backend-first mindset

Strong focus on backend development with Node.js & TypeScript
Strictly confidentialo Experience with microservices, DDD, and event-driven architecture

Proficient in GraphQL, OpenAPI, OAuth2, and SOLID principles Hands-on with Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, MongoDB/DocumentDB AWS infrastructure & Docker/containerization expertise Skilled in automated testing (Jest, Playwright) Familiar with frontend tech: React, Expo (React Native), Tailwind Values clean architecture, scalable systems, and code quality

Pay: 75,000.00-80,000.00 per year
