This is a Hybrid role working from any of our offices 2 days a week


As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Waracle, you will become a pivotal technical leader within our dynamic teams. What You'll Do:

Provide Technical Leadership: Guide the design and build of advanced, scalable .NET/C# backend services and sophisticated React frontend applications. You'll set technical direction, contribute to overall architecture, and ensure the highest standards of code quality. Resolve Complex Challenges: Tackle intricate full-stack technical and performance challenges, implementing innovative and elegant solutions that drive efficiency and reliability. Lead Agile Delivery: Take charge of the software aspects of complex digital projects, championing Agile methodologies, leading ceremonies, and continuously refining processes for optimal efficiency. Collaborate with Clients: Seamlessly extract complex requirements, manage expectations, build strong client relationships, and provide strategic technical advice that shapes compelling proposals and contributes to winning new business. Mentor & Develop Talent: Actively mentor and coach mid-level and junior developers, fostering a collaborative environment, facilitating knowledge sharing, and guiding teams to achieve their full potential. Drive Innovation: Stay at the cutting edge of the full-stack ecosystem, exploring emerging trends, acquiring new skills, and leading the adoption of transformative technologies across our projects.

What You'll Bring (Your Expertise):

Extensive Experience: Proven professional experience as a Fullstack Developer with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered web applications. Backend Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in .NET and C# (including .NET Core/5+), ASP.NET Core, RESTful API design, and a solid understanding of microservices architecture. Frontend Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in React, including core libraries, state management, and modern frontend practices. Database Acumen: Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework Core). Cloud Experience: Experience with leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native patterns. DevOps & Quality Focus: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, Jest), CI/CD tools, and version control (Git). Leadership & Project Management: Proven technical leadership, including setting technical direction, conducting rigorous code reviews, and significant experience leading complex software development projects aligned with strategic objectives. Agile Expertise: Deep understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Exceptional Communication: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical decision-making skills, coupled with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively extract requirements and manage stakeholders. Mentorship Mindset: Demonstrable experience in mentoring and coaching developers, fostering truly collaborative environments. Consultancy Drive: A strong track record of driving innovation and leading change, ideally within a consultancy context.
