Subcontractor Role

Full Time - 5 days a week

We are a rapidly expanding company specialising in providing exceptional property maintenance services to both domestic and commercial clients. Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled and qualified domestic gas engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team. Strong fault finding experience and the ability to carry out installations and larger remedial works are essential for this role. While a strong understanding of BMS systems would be preferential, it is not required.

As a self-employed contractor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of gas installations in various domestic and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will primarily involve conducting fault finding, installations, and remedial works on gas central heating systems.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a domestic

- All aspects of service and maintenance

- General plumbing

- Strong fault finding experience and ability to work alone or in a team

- Ability to carry out installations and larger remedial works

- Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to professionalism

- Excellent communication skills when interacting with clients and office staff

To excel in this role, you must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and possess excellent communication skills. Your proactive nature will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service to our valued clients, and your ability to effectively collaborate with both clients and office staff will ensure smooth operations.

Please note that for this position, you will be required to have your own van, tools, and associated insurances, including public liability coverage.
