Ready to step into a top-tier leadership role in one of the UK's busiest airport environments? We're looking for a Senior General Manager to lead one of TRG Concessions' most complex, high-volume sites; wagamama in Heathrow Terminal 5.
You'll operate at the highest level below area leadership, owning commercial performance, operational excellence and people development across multiple brands and teams. In a fast-paced airport setting (yes, early starts from around 3am), you'll be a visible, values-led leader who inspires others and turns strategy into results.

What we're looking for in our Senior General Manager...

• Experience leading complex, high-volume or multi-site hospitality operations
• Strong commercial skills with full ownership of P&L and KPIs
• A confident, inspiring leader with a passion for developing future talent
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Safety and Licensing
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced airport environment with early starts
• Able to account for the last 5 years of work, education or personal history, and complete a criminal record check
