As a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant at BWB, success means:

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and managing Phase I and Phase II ground investigations - from design and procurement to supervision and reporting. Overseeing all aspects of geo-environmental project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline expectations are met. Coordinating remediation activities and working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Compiling desk studies, scheduling laboratory testing, and analysing data to drive robust outcomes. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a supportive team environment. Keeping ahead of industry trends and integrating innovative solutions into our projects.

What You'll Bring

A degree in Environmental Sciences, Geology, Engineering Geology, Environmental Geology, or related field (MSc preferred). Chartered status or working towards it with a recognised professional institution. A valid CSCS card (essential for site work). At least five years' experience in geo-environmental consultancy. Strong technical expertise in ground investigation, soil/rock logging (BS5930 and Eurocode 7), and lab analysis. Excellent report writing, data analysis, and IT skills. A proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering high-quality outcomes. A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm, ambition, and a proactive approach to professional growth.
