The Role:




We're looking for a

strategic, commercially-minded growth marketer

to join Jacada Travel in the role of Senior Growth Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll work with other senior stakeholders including the Senior Leadership Team, the digital marketing team and the group digital function to define, refine and implement strategy. This role will act as a key cross-functional collaborator, aligning marketing's long-term strategy with Sales, Product and Client Experience to unlock growth opportunities.

What you'll do:



Identify and implement new growth strategies to improve acquisition efficiency and LTV. Shape long-term company strategies, translating them into actionable plans. Drive consistent, sustainable revenue and customer growth across key channels. Present forecasts and strategic insights to leadership Help to define segmentation, and strategic positioning in collaboration with Product and Sales. Oversee the diversification of paid media planning Collaborate with Brand, Product and Content teams to align messaging, landing pages, and onsite experience to acquisition goals. Work with the brand digital team as well as the group digital function to ensure optimisation of key projects Drive a culture of strategic thinking within the marketing team and wider company

What we're looking for:



4+ years experience in a growth marketing role, designing and executing high-impact growth strategies Experience marketing to HNW or affluent audiences. Experience in the travel or luxury experiences space is a plus. You'll be adept at managing cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders Comfortable working independently and maintaining high standards of accountability. You'll have a collaborative approach, working across teams to surface insights and turn them into action Comfortable balancing rigorous analytical thinking with brand-conscious execution, ensuring all activity is aligned with values and standards. Proactive, commercially-minded with a strong focus on measurable outcomes and understanding of key metrics including CAC and LTV

Working Hours:

This role is open to remote applications, but you must be based within three hours of the UK timezone and able to work 10am-6pm alongside the London team.

Salary:

55,000-65,000 (dependent on experience)
