Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, caring and dedicated Senior HCA to join our team on nights
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Administering medication to our residents and to keep accurate records and excellent documentation.
Providing personal care and support to our residents throughout the day, and document and report any changes in health or behaviour.
Promote good sleep patterns for our residents.
Develop good working relationships with our residents, their families and any visiting professionals.
Work with the staff to encourage a healthy working environment at all times.
To apply for this role you will need to have proven experience in a Senior HCA role, and have a level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification, or be working towards this, and you must have excellent communication both written and verbal.
A transferable DBS would be prefered but is not essential, and all training will be be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 44 per week
