We are looking for a full time Head Hotel receptionist
Main duties include:-
Checking guest in and out of the hotel including producing bills
Ensuring accurate payments are made/balanced
Hotel & restaurant reservations
General enquiries
Daily administrative tasks
Daily banking
Letter writing and email correspondence
sales ledger
staff training
social media knowledge
sales knowledge would be an advatage
Previous experience of using guestline is preferred but not essential
Previous experiance of working in best wester is prefered but again not essential.
You must possess excellent interpersonal skills, being able to communicate effectively with both guests and fellow staff members.
Shifts are generally between 6.30am to 3pm or 2pm until 10pm, 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is required as per the needs of the business.
We are a 24/7 industry and as a result we need our staff to be fully available this does include Weekends and bank holidays and peak dates such as Christmas and new year..
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
