Job Description


Providing support to department heads and officials.

Lead by example to the rest of the H&S team & shop floor.

Your responsibilities will be as follows

  • Communication with department heads + officials in relation to new / current H&S policies, training and strategies
  • Lead by example in your field, help to secure and grown the presence of H&S on site
  • Maintain whilst improving the H&S management system on site in accordance to ISO 14001
  • Cover coaching , training seminars, where needed / required + if needed / wanted
  • Ensure risk assessments take place, with timely reviews and accuracy
  • Conduct accident & incident investigations + creating corrective plans
Experience working within an industrial / hazardous environment|Hold relevant qualifications to Health & Safety

The successful candidate will have the following
  • NEBOSH GENERAL CERTIFICATE
  • Environmental experience is desired
  • Experience of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with the following ( ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 )
  • Great communication skills
  • People person, to grow and boost H&S culture you need to work with building a strong work force
  • Experience in delivering / implementing H&S training
