We are looking for a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our Infrastructure team located in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.
What you'll do:
Understand the Company Health & Safety and wellbeing Policies and Procedures and statutory requirements as they affect the Project operations and ensure that the requirements are implemented.
Provide operational and functional management with advice on the prevention of accidents, ill health, and the practical implementation of the company's SHW policies.
Assist the Project Manager or Project SHW Manager in preparing and developing the Project Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan & coordinate reviews as required.
Undertake site SHW inspections as required. Participate as requested in "Company" SHW Audit and inspections
Maintain the health and safety competency matrix of the scheme.
What you'll bring to the role:
Several years SHW related experience
NEBOSH Construction Certificate or NEBOSH General certificate or equivalent NVQ
Relevant SHW experiences within construction is desirable but not exclusive to construction, a similar high risk industry would be considered
Grad IOSH or AIEMA or equivalent
Driving Licence
