Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
Lead and support care staff during shifts, ensuring high standards at all times
Oversee the implementation and review of care plans
Administer medication (if trained) and monitor residents' wellbeing
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and health professionals
Ensure care is delivered with dignity, respect, and compassion
Essential Requirements:
SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care
Previous experience in a Senior Care Assistant role - essential
Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
Medication administration experience preferred
A caring, respectful, and professional approach
