Senior Holistic Support Worker - Redwood Childcare Ltd

Salary: 32,000 - 38,000 (DOE)

Redwood Childcare is expanding, and we are looking for compassionate and skilled Senior Holistic Support Workers who are dedicated to supporting children through a therapeutic lens. Rooted in therapeutic practice and guided by the PACE approach, we focus on building strong, meaningful relationships that help young people feel understood, valued, and supported.

As a Senior Holistic Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating this environment by:

Leading therapeutic and reflective shifts Supporting, mentoring, and modelling practice for staff Promoting emotional wellbeing and trauma-informed care Helping children develop resilience, stability, and hope

What You Need

NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People (or equivalent) Experience leading shifts within residential childcare A therapeutic mindset and the ability to work with trauma-informed approaches Strong emotional resilience and reflective practice Flexibility to work shifts and sleep-ins

What We Offer

65 per sleep-in
