Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and proactive individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently, thrives in a guest-facing role, and is open to learning new skills. This is a varied role with duties across housekeeping, food preparation, guest services, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

To be able to greet and interact confidently with guests during check-in and breakfast service. Carry out housekeeping duties to a high standard in guest bedrooms and common areas Assist in breakfast preparation and basic kitchen duties. Perform administrative tasks such as booking management and guest communication. Respond to guest inquiries and help resolve any issues that arise during their stay. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency throughout daily operations. Be able to work collaboratively with the small team to ensure smooth running of the B&B

Requirements

Housekeeping experience (required)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and friendly with a strong guest-service focus

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Basic computer skills and comfort with handling administrative tasks

Preferably some experience in food preparation and kitchen work, but full training will be provided.

Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings (8am start)
