Oak Vale Gardens is located in the Broadgreen area of the city of Liverpool. It is a specialist rehabilitation care home for 18 males and females with an acquired brain injury, which provides nursing and residential support. Our service is a purpose-built and welcoming centre, with all referrals coming via the Cheshire and Merseyside Rehabilitation Network.


The home is designed to meet the needs of the people we care for and our team are dedicated to meeting their physical, cognitive, behavioural, and emotional needs, supporting them to return to community living. We also believe that the environment in which treatment takes place is just as important as the therapy itself.

What you'll be doing





We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Housekeeper to take the lead in overseeing our Housekeeping and Laundry team. In this key role, you'll ensure that our home is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming -- creating an environment where our residents feel truly cared for. Your leadership will help support the well-being, comfort, and happiness of everyone in our home.



What You'll Be DoingLeading and supporting the Housekeeping and Laundry team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the home. Ensuring all areas are tidy, fresh, and safe, creating a warm and pleasant environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Monitoring daily operations and conducting regular quality checks to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to maintain our high standards of care and comfort. Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth running of the home.
