We are seeking to appoint a confident Senior HR Advisor with solid "hands on" experience to work within a supportive People Partnering Team on a permanent basis
You will be required to deliver expert guidance, advice and guidance to managers on a range of ER matters and effectively coach and train staff where appropriate. You will be suitably qualified possessing your Associate membership of the CIPD and have experience in an operational role within an HR department, providing a comprehensive advisory service to multidisciplinary teams with extensive experience of complex casework management.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships
As part of the Trusts commitment to flexible working there will be some opportunity to work from home and in the office on a rota basis, this would be reviewed regularly in line with service requirements.
The role will be based within Airedale's People Partnering Team, which is a professional and highly regarded team, leading on the strategic and operational implementation of the Trust's People Strategy and NHS People Plan.
The role will report into our ER Manager who reports to the Business Partners who are aligned to an operational division of the Trust, the alignment for each role will be determined following the interview stage of the recruitment process.
To be successful you will need to have specialist knowledge in employment law and advise on complex employee relations matters, both clinical and non-clinical. You will be suitably qualified possessing your Associate membership of the CIPD with relevant and proven experience in the HR field with extensive experience of complex casework management.
