Senior HR Business Partner
you'll be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving initiatives that align our people strategy with business growth. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative start-up within a global group and play a pivotal role in shaping our people agenda as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop and deliver HR strategies that support AMPT's growth plans and align with AMR Group's HR vision.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational design.
Champion a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Design and execute hiring strategies to secure top engineering and entrepreneurial talent.
Lead employer branding initiatives to establish AMPT as an employer of choice.
Partner with leadership to create agile workforce plans supporting rapid growth.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Coach and mentor managers, empowering them to lead effectively.
Manage employee relations with integrity, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
Drive engagement initiatives that bring our values to life and enhance retention.
Performance, Development & Succession
Champion performance review processes and career development frameworks.
Lead succession planning and early careers programmes to build robust talent pipelines.
Implement learning and development opportunities to strengthen skills and leadership.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership/Business Partner role, ideally within a start-up or high-growth company.
Strong track record of developing and delivering people strategies with measurable impact.
Expertise in UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance.
Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
Data-driven mindset, with a focus on optimisation and continuous improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.
Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for building collaborative, innovative teams.
A degree in HR or related field is preferred, a Master's in HR Management is desirable.
