Hybrid working - Circa 1-2 days per week onsite working
Reporting to a HR Director, the role of Senior HR Business Partner is a strategic role, supporting the corporate functions within a large corporate organisation.
You will partner with Exec members and provide valuable support with strategic development and execution.
This will include but not limited to:
- Line management of the HR Business Partner team, including day to day management of people metrics and people risks in operations, analysing and building solutions for off track KPI\'s.
- Ownership for development and execution of the people and culture agenda
- A well-developed understanding of group people policies and network, guiding management teams through HR advice on culture, wellbeing, recognition and building sustainable engagement.
- Deputising accountability for HR Director
Ideal candidates for this exciting and challenging role will have a proven background in a similar role.
You will be a proven strategic HR Business Partner, ideally for corporate functions, partnering with C-Suite within a large/corporate/matrix organisation.
