Zotefoams plc is a world leader in cellular material technology, headquartered in Croydon, UK, with additional manufacturing sites in Kentucky, USA and Brzeg, Poland, Oklahoma, USA (foam products manufacture and conversion) and Jiangsu Province, China (T-FIT).


We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems


The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.

About the Role:



As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within our HR leadership team, partnering with regional stakeholders across EMEA to shape and deliver people strategies that support Zotefoams' ambitious growth agenda.


This role is based in Croydon and ideally requires presence on-site four to five days per week. While we are open to hybrid and flexible working arrangements, visibility is essential. There is substantial work to be done, key relationships to establish, and a team to lead. On-site presence will be critical in driving momentum and fostering the collaboration and influence necessary for success.


You will lead a small, dedicated HR team on-site and will play a central role in evolving our culture and ways of working.


We are seeking an individual who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery - someone who sees initiatives through to completion and brings a results-oriented mindset. The ability to coach, challenge and influence is crucial. You will be expected to provide clear, confident guidance.

Role Responsibilities:



Partner with functional and operational leaders to deliver people plans that support business goals Provide expert guidance across all HR areas including organisational design, talent and succession planning, employee relations and performance management Lead and contribute to key HR projects, particularly around change management and cultural initiatives Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure outcomes Coach and develop people managers to build leadership capability Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager on strategic workforce planning and recruitment Support the Group Chief People Officer in delivering the broader HR strategy Ensure alignment with wider HR teams across international locations

What you'll need:



CIPD qualification or equivalent experience Proven experience as a strategic HR partner, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering setting Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with senior leaders Experience in complex employee relations and managing organisational change Data literate with the ability to use HR systems and analytics to inform decision-making Pragmatic, resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
