Key Responsibilities




Operational Excellence





People Analytics & MI Data: Utilise data analytics and People MI to provide business insights, identify trends, and develop actionable plans to support business objectives. Analyse data to uncover insights into employee performance, engagement, retention, and development needs. Organisational Design & Workforce Planning: Support the design and delivery of organisational structures that enable business performance and growth. Work closely with leadership teams to understand future workforce needs and identify skill gaps, ensuring the company is structured to deliver on strategic objectives. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR processes and practices meet legal, regulatory, and company requirements, mitigating risks in the region.

Building Culture: Champion the development and maintenance of a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that aligns with Azets' values and strategic goals. Lead initiatives that encourages an environment of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Delivering and Implementing Group & UK VCP Ambitions: Drive the implementation of strategic people initiatives to support the UK and Group's Value Creation Plan (VCP). Align people strategies with business goals to support both short and long-term growth objectives. Support Business Growth Initiatives: Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth, including M&A. Partner with key stakeholders to assess talent needs and ensure that people plans are aligned with business expansion strategies. M&A Support and Integration: Provide HR expertise in M&A activities, including the integration of new teams and cultures. Work with leadership to ensure smooth transitions and the successful integration of talent into the business

Personalised Client Service





o Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with regional SLTs and key business leaders, ensuring that HR initiatives are aligned with the needs of the business. Act as a strategic partner, providing expert HR guidance to leadership teams.o Communications Planning: Lead the development of communication strategies and plans that align with HR initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent messaging that engages and informs employees at all levels.



Relationship with COEs: Work collaboratively with the Centres of Excellence (COEs) within the HR function, ensuring alignment on policies, strategies, and initiatives. Act as a key liaison between the regional HR team and COEs to ensure consistent, best-practice service delivery.

Person Specification




Qualifications & Technical Knowledge



Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices

Experience



Experience in a HR Business Partner role, providing strategic HR leadership in fast-paced and growth-oriented environments. Proven track record of leading organisational change, talent management, and people strategy implementation. Experience in working with senior leadership teams to drive business success through people initiatives, including managing performance, succession planning, and talent development. Experience in M&A processes, including talent integration and culture management.

Proven experience in data analytics and using MI to inform HR strategy and business decisions.
