Senior HR Business Partner
to join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda of a growing, forward-thinking organisation.
Operating with a flexible working model, the successful candidate will be expected to regularly attend the company's London offices, working closely with senior leadership across the business.
About the Role
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will work alongside business CEOs and leadership teams to create and drive strategic people plans that support both immediate priorities and longer-term growth ambitions.
This is a high-impact, visible HR leadership role suited to an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to deliver. While you will (dotted line) report to our client's Global HRD, your key customers will be 3 UK CEOs and their leadership teams.
You will be supported by a small internal team and an external HR provider for employee relations management, allowing you to focus on value-add initiatives such as:
Workforce planning and organisational design
Recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
Leadership development and coaching
Learning and development programmes
Culture and engagement
Change management and business transformation support
About You
We are looking for a credible, commercially astute HR leader with strong business partnering skills and the personal gravitas to work collaboratively with, influence and challenge senior stakeholders. You will have:
A proven track record as an HR Business Partner in the private sector
Experience working in complex, multi-site organisations
A hands-on, pragmatic approach to HR delivery
The ability to develop and implement robust people strategies
Strong coaching and relationship-building capabilities
A passion for driving business performance through people
Essential experience for this role
Multiple years HR experience within a fast-paced private sector environment
2 - 3 years in an HRBP -type role with clear potential to step up to HR leadership level in a medium sized SME
Previous employers must then have included fast-paced medium sized SMEs
A good degree or equivalent
A significant track record of personally delivering successful meaningful HR solutions to support business plans
