What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
Leading employee relations, performance management, and people planning
Designing and delivering initiatives across engagement, retention, and L&D
Supporting change management, workforce planning, and organisational design
Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and department heads
Using data and insight to drive people decisions that shape the future of the business
What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience as a senior HR professional or HRBP in a fast-paced environment
Deep knowledge of
HR strategy
,
employment law
, and
organisational development
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Hands-on experience with performance, change, and talent management
A commercial mindset with a people-first approach
CIPD qualification (Level 7 preferred) or equivalent experience
