Summary



We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team at NHS Professionals. In this role, You will be responsible for leading operational and strategic HR support on a range of projects, including advising on highly complex employee relations matters, change management activities and support the organisation and its employees throughout the transition into new entities in 2026, in a compassionate, people focussed way.

Responsibilities



Responsible for providing a proactive, effective and high-quality HR service as part of the HR Business Services team, contributing to both services & patient experience, which aligns to the Trust's corporate objectives. You will be responsible for supporting or leading the delivery of directorate objectives and providing business focused solutions to ensure best practice people management. The post holder also takes the lead on agreed corporate HR responsibilities and projects supporting / deputising for the Associate Director of People Services as a senior member of the Human Resources team This job description and person specification are only an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. Requirements



Extensive experience of highly complex employee relations issues. Strong, compassionate leadership skills with an ability to influence with high emotional intelligence. Good presentational skills for conveying complex concepts. Ability to use informed persuasion to influence others.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: 35.57 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Day shift Monday to Friday

Employee relations casework: 3 years (preferred)
Work Location: In person
