About the Role:




We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Senior HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team in a newly created role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a values-led organisation and play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant and high-quality HR service.


Reporting to the HR Operations & Technology Manager, you will lead a small team and support the delivery of the core HR functions, with a particular focus on payroll, recruitment processing, and compliance. You will also provide essential support to your manager, using your initiative to drive improvements and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and support a team of HR Coordinators, promoting high standards of performance and wellbeing Oversee the delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring absolute accuracy and audit readiness Collaborate on recruitment and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment and health & safety standards Monitor service performance and implement improvements where necessary Provide timely and accurate advice on employment legislation and HR policy

A good understanding of HR operations and employment law Exceptional attention to detailspotting inaccuracies others may overlook Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to support senior colleagues High levels of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information
