At AB, we work in a multicultural environment with over 1,000 employees across 20 countries throughout Europe, North America, and South America.
Our commitment is to continually seek better ways to shape a more sustainable future--together with all our partners. This starts with our desire to build respectful relationships with candidates, embracing diversity and equity through a recruiting process that is free from bias and discrimination.
Sustainability is not just our core business--it is also our way of working.
We leverage advanced technologies and software to streamline our recruitment process, ensuring timely updates of applications and an enhanced
candidate experience
. It's a mutual discovery journey: candidates share their professional and personal aspirations, while our Talent Acquisition experts align these with AB's opportunities. This enables us to foster a transparent, open dialogue from day one.
