Payroll Specialis

t to join our European HR Payroll team, based in our

London Office

. This new role will report to the European HR Payroll M anager and will work collaboratively with lo cal HR and Payroll teams as well as the wider European HR Department.




This role is f ocused on maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance across

Payroll,

Mobility

and Immigration

and as such we're looking for people with strong experience in a previous o perational HR/Payroll role. Y ou wi ll work c ollaboratively with l ocal HR , payroll specialists, and Finance and as you'll support mobility and immigration functions for expats in EU markets, we're looking for a strong communicator to becom e a valuable business partner to many internal stakeholders



What you will

be responsible for



Support EU markets to lead end-to-end payroll process , which is a key part of the payroll chain . Closely cooperate with EU markets P ayroll P artners and HR Managers . Execute controls of payroll files throughout the payroll cycle. Manage the payroll for expats, coordinating with tax advisor and EU markets for mobility partners. Validate and approve payroll data as part of the payroll chain . Manage salary payment, taxes, social security, and other payroll related payments for EU markets . Manage month-end and quarterly payroll reports for Finance. Identify , investigate, and resolve payroll issues . Lead payroll , mobility and immigration governance, internal/external audits, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic input into EU level policies, systems, and tools. Manage immigration process for expats coming/leaving EU markets

Skills, Experience and Attributes:



Payroll management experience in retail or high-volume environments (1000 plus employees) with 3- 5 years of experience. Strong knowledge of payroll, taxation principles, and expat rules. E xperience working with expats, global mobility, and tax advisors. Fluent in English communication skills. Excellent stakeholder management and customer service mindset. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and accuracy. Proactive and self-driven with a "can do" attitude. Strong organi s ational and planning skills, with ability to meet deadlines. Strong numerical skills, Excel proficiency , and HRIS/payroll system knowledge (Workday, Work Force System.). A bility to work with diverse and global team, having high level of cultural flexibility . Strong work ethics and integrity
