We are excited to share an opportunity to join our People team as Senior HR Project Consultant.
We're looking for a motivated, confident decision maker with initiative to lead in this senior role. You will play a key role in delivering change quickly, in a challenging and complex environment.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Head of Employee Relations in delivering all aspects of HR together with undertaking significant project work across your assigned academies. You will line manage a People Partner and work closely with in-school HR.
This role combines HR project management, change management as well as acting as a Business Partner to your client group, embedding OAT policies and ensuring a high-quality employee experience. You will be confident analysing data to identify trends and propose solutions, using data analysis to drive improvement.
You will provide expert guidance and support to two academies, supporting the leadership team to mitigate risk and ensure employee concerns are well managed. You'll oversee complex casework to reach early and amicable resolution wherever possible.
This is a full time, remote role with regular travel to the London academies at least twice a week.

About you
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in HR, employment law, business partnering and HR change management in a large and complex organisation. You will be MCIPD qualified or have equivalent experience.
You will have strong relationship building skills with excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
Proven strategic experience of leading a variety of HR change programmes including restructuring and redundancy alongside associated organisational design work. Project management skills are essential as the role requires management of multiple work streams to meet deadlines effectively.
The ability to analyse data to product trend reports and action recommendations.
