The HR Business Partner will partner with Head Teachers and senior leaders to provide expert HR advice, lead complex casework, and deliver change initiatives. You'll take ownership of HR systems and process transformation - from scoping and implementation to stakeholder engagement and embedding best practice.
As a people leader, you'll coach and develop a high-performing HR team, foster strong relationships with trade unions and senior stakeholders, and contribute to the successful delivery of our HR People Strategy.
