You bring:

Strong generalist HR experience at management level. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships quickly. A calm, solution-focused approach to employee relations. A commercial mindset and the ability to align HR outputs with business goals. Experience working in fast-paced environments; recruitment or professional services experience is a plus.

Skills and Experience

You will succeed in this role if you have:

A deep understanding of UK employment law. Experience developing HR policies, frameworks, and people-focused initiatives. Proven ability to handle complex employee relations cases. Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting HR metrics to support decision-making. Experience leading L&D projects or engagement programmes.
