The Role:



The Indexes Client Service & Implementation team seeks an enthusiastic, results-driven Indexes Senior Implementation Consultant to help advance our index products in Europe. This role will interact with clients and sales and lead index implementation. This role will become an expert in Morningstar's Index offering and will work closely with sales, product management, technology and operations.

Work cross-functionally with various Morningstar teams to manage all aspects of Indexes implementation Be the subject matter expert on all Indexes delivery channels and options globally, and be able to find the best fit solution for the client Be an escalation point for client issues during implementation, be able to troubleshoot and work with technology to resolve any issues Initiate ideas and projects to improve our client implementation experience and delivery solutions Lead qualifying, contracting, and onboarding for Morningstar Indexes data clients Manage licensing requests for current and potential Morningstar Index Clients Act as Index expert and project manager for internal implementations of Morningstar Indexes Create and maintain indexes data product technical specifications as required Support business development and product management teams for client meeting preparation as required Participate in and contribute to global projects to advance the growth of the Indexes business

Qualifications



At least three (3) to five (5) years of professional work experience, ideally in a client-facing role Strong interpersonal skills, and enjoys building relationship Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing Work well cross functionally and globally Self-motivated, willing to take ownership of new responsibilities and able to multi-task Curious and enjoys problem solving A pro-active and positive attitude and a team player Experience in financial markets or services Interested in learning more about Indexes and investing

Nice to have



Knowledge of Morningstar Direct and Morningstar Data Fluency in either one or many of the following languages - Spanish, Italian, French, German, Swedish Technical skills and experience like SQL, Python, AWS Progress towards CFA designation
