About the role:




We're looking for a

Senior Influencer Executive to join the Coolr team on a 3-month fixed-term contract

, with the potential to turn permanent. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who lives and breathes influencer culture and knows how to turn creator partnerships into standout social campaigns.


In this role, you'll take the lead on delivering end-to-end influencer strategies for a major FMCG brand --working closely with creators, talent agents, and internal teams to produce culturally relevant, high-impact work. We're looking for someone with proven experience in influencer marketing, a strong grasp of campaign logistics and talent management, and an existing network in the creator space.

The job



Strategic Influencer Outreach: Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with high-impact influencers, creators, and agents to elevate Coolr's presence in the industry and foster long-term partnerships. End-to-End Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of influencer campaigns--from initial outreach and briefing to content delivery and reporting--ensuring all client KPIs are met or exceeded. Client & Creator Communication: Act as a key point of contact for both clients and talent throughout campaign lifecycles, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and ensuring seamless execution. Creative & Commercial Briefing: Translate client objectives into clear, inspiring briefs for creators, and work closely with them to ensure content aligns with brand goals and platform best practices. Partnership Portfolio Growth: Play an active role in developing Coolr's influencer network--identifying emerging talent, maintaining strong creator relationships, and exploring new partnership opportunities. Contract & Rights Management

:

Collaborate with the senior influencer team on contract negotiations, usage rights, fee structuring, and partnership terms--growing your commercial acumen in the process. On-the-Ground Support: Attend shoots, events, and influencer meetups to ensure smooth delivery, strengthen relationships, and represent Coolr in the creator community.

What we are looking for



Social Platform Expertise: You're confident navigating all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and understand how to effectively activate and manage paid influencer campaigns. Culturally In-Tune: You have a sharp eye for emerging trends, platform updates, and shifts in online culture--and know how to apply them to brand campaigns in a relevant, strategic way. FMCG Client Experience: You've worked with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) brands and understand how to deliver influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales in a competitive, high-volume space. Multitasking Pro: You're experienced in managing multiple projects or clients at once, with the ability to prioritise and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Organised & Detail-Oriented: You're highly organised with excellent time management and admin skills, and you don't let the small stuff slip through the cracks.
