We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Insight Analyst to join our dynamic and data-driven centralised Analytics department.


This role supports the Grosvenor venue business and will give you the opportunity to provide innovative customer analytics and actionable insights that support recommendations on commercial decisions, on areas like acquisition, CRM, cross-sell strategies, churn and customer behaviour

Core responsibilities



Customer insights

: interpret and analyse a suite of daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks across the business.

Customer behaviour analysis & modelling:

Carry out deep dive analyses on customer behaviour, including geo-demographics, time of day, and transactional data. Investigate drivers of retention, and providing insights into predictive models to feedback into improvements

Segmentation analysis & reporting:

Developing and maintaining customer segmentations to ensure the right offers and experiences for customers. Using customer segments and insight to develop new strategies, e.g. cross sell criteria and framework for analysing succuss

Venue & Channel Analytics

: Deliver tailored insights across venues and marketing channels, surfacing granular performance patterns and customer behaviours to inform strategies.

Stakeholder engagement

: Build and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders across Marketing, CRM and Commercial teams. Present analytical findings and collaborate on strategies to drive business performance

Visualisation and Storytelling.

Develop compelling data visualisations and narratives to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the business Champion customer centricity: advocate for a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, driving commercial and ROI-focused decisions that prioritize both customer satisfaction and player protection.

Mentorship

: provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the team

Ad-hoc analysis:

Conduct ad hoc analysis to support various business departments and provide venue specific customer insights that contribute to strategic decision-making.


Qualifications



Graduate and/or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics but not exclusively) or equivalent experience. Previous working experience in an analytical role, preferably within the gambling or gaming industry. Proficient in SQL and one or more of the following: Python, R, SAS Knowledge of Data visualisation software, PowerBI preferrable. Proven ability to analyse large sets and translate them into insights and actionable business recommendations. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders. Passion for learning and keeping abreast of new technologies and data models.
