We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer to take the lead on residential projects, specialising in show homes and amenity spaces. In this role, you'll confidently present innovative design concepts to clients and bring ideas to life from initial concept through to completion. Working closely with our Head of Design, Creative Director, and Project Managers, you'll deliver exceptional interiors while managing client relationships with ease and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead residential interior design projects, especially show homes, from concept through to completion
Confidently pitch and present design concepts to clients in person and online
Prepare compelling mood boards, layouts, and FF&E specifications
Oversee procurement, budgets, and supplier coordination
Partner with Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and site implementation
Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment
Requirements:
Degree in Interior Design or similar
3-5+ years' experience in residential interiors, with a strong show home portfolio
Confident presenting to clients and managing expectations
Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
Strong project management, timekeeping, and communication skills
Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced studio
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between London and Essex
