We're looking for a Senior Interior Designer to play a central role across a diverse portfolio, which may include commercial property, aviation, education, public sector, energy, and residential projects.

Your purpose:



Bring a collaborative mindset, eager to mentor others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Lead interior design on multi-disciplinary projects, bringing your insight and creativity to the forefront. Confidently offer new ideas to improve processes and present them to senior leadership. Take responsibility for specific roles, areas, or packages of work within a project--recognising the importance of the project budget and developing your understanding of project finances. Create design presentations, storyboards, material palettes, and visual narratives. Lead the design and development of mood boards and furnishing selections. Support the development of new business opportunities, including the preparation and submission of bids.

What you can bring:



A degree-level qualification in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline (or an equivalent overseas qualification). A strong understanding of the design process and the ability to deliver from concept through to detailed design, including identifying and developing key details to completion. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build trust with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Knowledge of compliance requirements, including building regulations and standards. Proficiency in design software, particularly Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and AutoCAD. Experience with Enscape or V-Ray is a plus. Flexibility to travel across the UK and adapt to project needs.
