We're seeking a

Senior Interior Designer

to lead residential projects, with a strong emphasis on

show homes and amenity spaces

. In this role, you'll craft and present

innovative, visually striking design concepts

that captivate clients and build trust, while managing projects from initial idea through to final delivery.

You'll work closely with the

Head of Design, Creative Director, and Project Managers

to deliver exceptional interiors, maintain strong client relationships, and thrive in a

fast-paced, collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead residential interior design projects, especially show homes, from concept through to completion

Confidently pitch and present design concepts to clients in person and online

Prepare compelling mood boards, layouts, and FF&E specifications Oversee procurement, budgets, and supplier coordination Partner with Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and site implementation Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment

What You'll Bring:

Degree in Interior Design or similar

3-5+ years' experience in residential interiors, with a strong show home portfolio

Confident presenting to clients and managing expectations

Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office

Strong project management, timekeeping, and communication skills

Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced studio

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between London and Essex
